“Some might call Dr. Brian Pearson a hophead. His life revolves around researching, growing and eventually consuming hops.
While on a trip in Europe a few years ago, Dr. Pearson tasted a beer not available stateside. “I couldn’t find it anywhere,” said Dr. Pearson. Instead of relocating to Europe full-time, he decided to try and produce his own version of the beer at home…”
